FAIRALI is an international design, engineering & consultancy office. Along with our partners in The Netherlands, Central and South America, the Antillean Islands, Asia and Africa, we coordinate and provide professional guidance throughout the construction process from the stage of design until the actual delivery with utmost precision and support. Not only do we develop projects for individuals and local governments, such as social, middle and upper class housing, we also develop projects for companies and (non-profit) organisations such as office buildings, hotels, schools, shelters and care centres. FAIRALI arranges all construction related aspects of the projects. Construction of new houses, renovation, rebuilding and maintenance of existing establishments are merely a few of the services we provide. One of our goals is to give individuals the chance to have their dream house designed and built in any country . Apart from the design, we offer the contracting, construction and management/engineering of individual projects as well as larger projects for organisations e.g. housing complexes or communities. What we do: Design: We design and blueprint all projects (new, renovation, rebuilding and maintenance) from low-cost projects to the most luxurious houses, housing complexes, office buildings and schools, country houses, health centres, guesthouses, hotels etcetera, along with interior design, landscaping and town-planning. Engineering: We start up, initiate and guide all construction and technical projects and secondary technical activities, as well as manage, supervise and monitor the projects (e.g. architectural & structural engineering, civil engineering, computer technology, solar power techniques, environmental technology, etc. Consultancy: We advise, blueprint and guide all construction and technical aspects of the projects varying from architecture and interior design to landscaping and fire prevention not only throughout the pre-building stage, but also throughout the process of building and post project assistance. And we provide the service of arranging the construction permit. Our services also extend to development of sustainable and technical aspects of housing-, environmental and energy projects stimulating a healthier living and working environment. Due to the research we do, concerning new construction and finishing materials and systems regarding (interior and exterior), we can objectively advise the client on which choice to make from the wide range of products. Within our projects we also provide the knowledge in the energetic way of designing and constructing buildings according to the (eastern) principals of Feng Shui (China) & Vaastu (India). This concerns all building like houses, offices, industries as well as gardens, landscaping and town planning. Advising in Prefab-systems is also one of the services we provide as well as the supervision on the judgement on and placing of such systems. Prefab-systems can be implemented for building and civil engineering projects such as social and private houses, school- and office buildings, hospitals, clinics and other types of care centres, child shelters, residential care homes, community centres, commercial complexes and flats, guesthouses and hotels, site huts, sheds, storage buildings, hangars, rural houses, military bases, security guards cabins, vacation and country cabins, energy buildings, sports centres, clubhouses, temporary or (semi-) permanent emergency housing in disaster areas etcetera. Even distributing and installing Solar-Energy systems for individuals and companies is one of our specialties, as well as deliver and installing (prefab) swimming pools. Within our organisation, we represent various firms that realize many types of business abroad and also advise on intermediation, selling, buying and transfer of real estate, renting of (holiday) accommodation, import and export, legal matters such as joint ownership. But also engineering bureaus, real estate brokers, contracting firms etcetera. Services regarding mortgages for people with marketable real estate abroad can also be arranged. We are specialised in analysing every situation and giving the best possible financial advice, for example on our construction projects.
